内容摘要：众所周知，中国历来是世界上的出口贸易大国，早在几个世纪之前，中国的出口贸易就一直处于顺差的地位。随着我国加入WTO以来，在关税和市场准入方面世界各国对中国的限制也将逐渐淡化，我国出口产品所遇到的传统关税壁垒门槛也会逐步降低，从而有利于我国出口产品贸易不断增长。但近几年来，有些发达国家和地区为了保护自身的产业和市场，以安全、卫生和环保标准为主要内容实行绿色贸易壁垒政策，对我国产品的出口设置障碍、进行限制，严重影响我国出口贸易的健康发展。然而从另一个角度来看，这些壁垒也逐步反映出我国出口产品的竞争实质是质量，面对目前国内多数生产者和加工者整体素质不高，部分商品的外贸体制不完善等问题，也是致使我国产品出口企业不断遭遇发达国家绿色壁垒的关键因素。这些贸易壁垒不仅给我国出口创汇带来了巨大的损失，同时对我国经济建设也造成了巨大的影响。
文章运用国际贸易专业所学知识，在参考国内大量文献、期刊等资料的基础上，首先详细介绍了绿色壁垒的内涵、种类和表现形式等基本概念。
然后，结合本国产品出口现状，结合案例就产品出口遭遇绿色壁垒的范围、规模、程度和原因等问题进行探讨。
接着，对产品出口产生的正负两方面影响进行全面分析后，提出解决途径，重点介绍出口贸易中的绿色物流发展，切合我国目前物流业的现状，介绍绿色物流的概念，产生的价值，实现途径，如何构建绿色物流体系以及实施绿色物流后对国际贸易的现实意义等进行论证。
本着从生产-加工-检验-包装-运输-出口等整个物流环节的绿色化来提高我国出口产品的世界市场竞争力，稳固我国的出口贸易优势地位，冲破一些发达国家的绿色壁垒障碍，扩大我国的外汇收入，加速我国的经济建设。

Abstract: It’s well known that China is a large export trading country in the world. The export trading of China has been always in the favourable balance since several centuries ago. Since with the fact that our country joined WTO, the restriction on Chinese also weakens gradually in aspects of customs duties and market accessing by all the countries in the world, Tradition trade barrier threshold come across by exportation of our country will be lessening step-by-step, thereby it will beneficial for our export trading increase unceasingly. But in recent years, some developed countries and areas practice green trade barrier policy with which contains safety, hygiene and environmental standard mainly to protect the industries and markets of themselves, the policy interposes an obstacle to product outlet of our country, carrying out the export trade restricting, affecting gravely to developments of our country healthily. However, on the other hand, these barriers reflect that essential of competition of our exporting products are quality. The whole quality of most interior manufacturers and processors are low and foreign trade system of some commodities does not improve and perfect lead the main factor that our exporting enterprises meet green trade barriers from developed countries. These trade barriers not only bring large lost to our exportation, but also affect our economic construction tremendously.
Firstly, this thesis introduces the intension, types and expressing ways of green barrier on basis of wielding the special knowledge of international trading and referring large materials of documentaries and magazines.
Secondly, combining with the status in quo of good exportation of our country and cases happen, it investigates and discusses the range, scale, extent and reasons of green barrier that our exporting goods encounters.
After comprehensive analyzing the affection from the positive and negative aspects in succession, it raises the solution way of introducing green logistics development in export trading. And suiting with current situation of our logistic industry, it demonstrates the concept of green logistics, value of coming into being, realizing approach, how to structure green logistic system and the practical significance to international trading after practicing the green logistics.
Our country should increase our competitive power in world market with green the whole logistics tache from produce-process-inspect-pack-transport-export, firm our superior position in export trading, break through the green barrier obstacles of some developed countries, enlarge our foreign exchange incomes, speed economic construction of our country.
